Maintains print and electronic libraries for use in advertising, brochures, internet development, presentations and trade shows. Completes complex reports, production of brochures and videos and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness. Completes complex projects in the areas of advertising and promotional programs, public relations and trade shows, internet-based communications and special promotions. More specifically:Work with outside agencies and internal staff to assist in the development of concepts and programs that SBP customers will utilize in order to increase sales.Assist in the development of consumer advertising packages for use with/by SBP customers.Create/design/coordinate logistics of direct mail, print advertising, and e-mail campaigns. Coordinate media purchases for radio and TV campaign projects.Coordinate efforts with Sales Reps and/or Mgrs to create and implement marketing plans, calendars and materials for individual customers.Provide creative, product and copy assistance to accounts as needed.Counsel accounts regarding their marketing efforts and plans.Coordinate and implement co-op advertising program for new members.Create and coordinate periodic mailings to SBP members.Coordinate changes and updates to online benefits website.Institute billing procedures for SBP Marketing program as needed.Assist in the creation and development of additional promotions to be utilized in the Click Hear websites for SBP customers.Attend and provide support at training events, and visit customer offices.Creation of database to house marketing project records to enable tracking of responses for individual campaigns.
