To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for talented individuals who share our values of teamwork, respect, accountability, integrity and innovation.The Marketing Analyst, DMA Insights is responsible for analytically supporting the DMA excellence function within the Consumer Insights department. This position offers strong exposure and accountability and requires gaining the confidence of both the Sr. Marketing team and the Taco Bell field agencies so that optimal business decisions are made.This position impacts (either directly or indirectly) many decisions relating to the Taco Bell brand covering over 7000 locations. Additionally, insights from this position heavily influence local franchise association meeting decisions and outcomes. Primary job scope and magnitude will include:
•Improve current tracking and analysis methods, models and processes to more effectively and efficiently build understanding of business opportunities.
•Support field marketing with product/promotion performance tracking.•Support field marketing with analysis and information on market or DMA level performance.
•Effectively communicate, through written and oral means, results, ideas and recommendations to field marketing and the field agencies.
•Perform DMA analysis for field marketing and the senior team using all Consumer Insights information (both syndicated and custom) including Excel, Access, MSI, DSR, TLD, Restaurant Trends, Crest, and a variety of syndicated and custom research vehicles.
•Develop the tools for an efficient & effective data transfer pipeline from the RSC to field agencies & field marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
•BS with a major in an analytically oriented discipline such as MIS, computer science, math, accounting, engineering, finance or applied economics.
•2- 5 years analytically oriented business leadership / experience.
•Strong communication skills.
•Highly versed in applications software including advanced knowledge of Excel, working knowledge of Access required (advanced preferred), working knowledge of Visual Basic preferred (not required).What makes Yum! a great place to work?
