Marketing Analysis & Information Director-Small Business

The Marketing Analysis and Information Director will oversee the Analysis, Reporting and Research functions for Small Business Banking. This individual will:

-Develop SBB Analytic Strategy and Agenda to drive Acquisition and Retention/Cross-Sell program performance improvements.

-Have overall accountability for marketing program analysis, marketing performance reporting and customer & competitor insights.

-Coordinate Small Business Market Research agenda and Execute Competitor Intelligence not done by Retail

Marketing (i.e. Market Share, Benchmarking Services).

-Provide pre and post campaign analysis to SBB management

-Develop/manage Market share reporting and analyis

-Internal provider management including priorities and deadlines for delivery of campaign analyses and market research to Business.

-Development and production of monthly SBB Marketing KPI reporting.

-Execution of Competitor Intelligence not done by Retail Marketing (i.e. Market Share, Benchmarking Services).

-Manage a team of professionals and work closely with other functions (Aquisition, Customer Management , Product Management, Sales, and Retail Marketing) to deliver against targets.

-Coach and develop team to excel in their positions and develop their skill base

REQUIREMENTS



-15+ years of experience, with a proven track record in retail financial services and extensive experience

developing effective marketing and sales acquisition programs.
-Knowledge of small business market is preferred.
-Knowledge of and/or experience in Financaial Services preferred.

-BA required, MBA preferred.
-Understanding of retail distribution including branch, telephone and online channels.
-Must have a branch and sales orientation and understanding of the branch business system. Skilled at
establishing and maintaining strong working relationships across the organization. Able to effectively navigate an

organization without clear lines of demarcation. Critical to partner well with Marketing, Product Management,

Sales and Retail Marketing in order to develop and deliver strong campaigns. Experience in managing others.
-Must be a mentor and coach; able to attract, retain and motivate a high performing team. Strong leadership

skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
