Marketing Administrators

Performs administrative and clerical functions to support the Sales and Marketing Departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Compile Sales and Marketing reports as required including sales reports, web activity, leads, sales charts, customer data, product data and other departmental reports

•Process leads: Respond to all leads received from ads & website and to inquiries.

•Provide public relations support: — gather samples, supplies for PR Firm; providing pricing and product availability information; follow up on photo opportunities related to previously published photos in magazines; gather all media kits for future advertising.

•Analyze customer, product, and sales data (current and historical), to spot trends, identify strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities as requested by the Director of Marketing, Director of Business Development, and VP Sales.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree or 1-year related experience.

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

• Possess intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
