Job Description:
Develops, implements, and learns from personal development plans to help grow in all areas and/or prep for new opportunities within the company.
Maintain pricing data base. Work with reps to confirm pricing information. Report discrepancies, and quickly and effectively research inconsistencies. Communicate results.
Generate bi-weekly report of product sample availability. Advise product development when inventory needs to be refreshed. Identify and remove samples in inventory over 6 months.
Notify reps of availability of new product samples.
Solicit from reps and customers product samples that represent an effective cross-section of products and processes for which Dureflex film is used. Catalogue samples. Obtain customer authorization for use of samples for promotional purposes.
Generate a monthly cumulative sample distribution and rep feedback report. Obtain feedback from reps. Identify samples that were sold based on customer inability to meet minimum order requirements.
Add and monitor web features to allow reps, prospects and customers to easily download forms. Identify and protect private forms as needed.
Maintain customer contact databases. Maintain accuracy and ensure information is current.
Maintain the prospect database resulting from web inquiries, trade exhibitions, and other sources.
As directed, format and distribute selected and mass communications to customer data base.
As directed, format and distribute information for sales force.
Generate a monthly sales leads report, including rep feedback.
Assist in the distribution and posting of business goal-related communications for employees, i.e. newsletters, bulletins, etc.
Conform technical data to formats for product and MSDS’. Ensure accuracy.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
Hard Skills:
Associates degree with 1-2 years experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of computers and proficiency with software applications including: Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, , Web design,
