The Market Supervisor ensures execution of Retail Data Collection business plan in support of US business initiatives and strategy; assure rigorous compliance with RDC standards; secure and retain retail cooperation and resolve retailer issues throughout assigned market area; support quality management practices and procedures to ensure our reputation in the market place as the gold standard of data collection; build market capabilities (people and process).

Qualifications
Previous management or supervisory experience to include recruiting, hiring, and training of staff. Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and achieve sustainable results. Understanding of business process design, continuous process improvement, quality management disciplines. Can assimilate technical concepts and apply within context of the business. General understanding of data interrelationships and data management. General business management expertise (expense control, people managment, etc.).
