PacLease Development Program
Are you interested in a career in sales or marketing? Then this regular, full-time position is the perfect opportunity for obtaining experience. PLC strongly believes in developing our employees and this position may lead to growth in sales, marketing, management or other fields in operations.
In the Development Program, you will be responsible for the rental counter function, yard checks, completion of agreements, invoicing-lease and rental agreements, as well as vehicle check in/out. Other duties include administrative support: word processing, faxing & filing, backup to Office Manager, and phone coverage. You will also be involved in customer service functions, trip envelope recording, license/permit tracking, and insurance verification and follow-up.
REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ability to handle multiple tasks & deadlines. Personable. Ability to work well without close supervision. Knowledge of customer billing/service. Good with people. Organized/detail oriented. Dependable. Sales Skills. Strong moral background. Honest. Hardworking. Willing to learn.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
One to three years of work experience. Bachelor’s Degree.
