Manager New Product & Service Development

We are seeking a leader with Product Management experience to assist with defining and developing new product and service offerings to broaden RWD’s corporate offerings and markets served to support double digit revenue and profit growth.


Responsibilities:

· Maintain awareness and understanding of the trends, needs and technologies in the human performance improvement marketplace.

· Independently research and formulate ideas and develop plans for new offerings.

· Work effectively and efficiently with team members from various disciplines and business units.

· Interface with and understand at least one RWD business Group in depth to be able to adequately represent their needs and priorities.

· Develop “business case” evaluations of the merits of new offerings and assess their alignment with business strategies.

· Make presentations to executive level decision makers.

· Manage development projects and full new offering life cycles.

· Develop rollout and sales strategies with key stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills: · A seasoned understanding of the human performance improvement field.

· A seasoned understanding of how business decisions are made in a profit and loss business environment.

· A passion for innovation and creative thinking.

· An ability to work effectively in an environment where getting things done is driven more by the ability to articulate value and influence decisions rather than by organizational position or authority.

· 10+ years experience in a comparable role with a proven track record of results.
· A seasoned understanding of the human performance improvement field.

· Must have product management experience along with business analysis, finance analysis and marketing background.
