Manager, Member Communications

RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Manager will work within Member Communications team to collaborate with Member Marketing Consulting on communication strategy, project management and the development of marketing materials for our Member Bank's consumer and business channels. The Marketing Manager will audit Member Bank´s communications materials and channels, explore new marketing activities to test and analyze innovative and unique marketing communication strategies. Marketing Manager will serve as the 'go-to' person for marketing programs that support Member Bank goals and objectives. Marketing Manager will provide input produce yearlong marketing strategy for Member Banks, and develop programs that are in alignment with key stakeholder marketing plans and will communicate directly with key Bank marketing personnel. Secondary job responsibilities: Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing creative briefs and marketing programs based on defined objectives. Marketing Manager will identify the most effective platforms and marketing tools from the marketing portfolio toolkit to create custom and/or market-ready solutions for each project or initiative based on the Member's need. Marketing Manager will create new, innovative and strategically sound marketing programs for use by Members. Marketing Manager will be responsible for all project management and agency relationships to ensure timely and accurate project executions. Marketing Manager will monitor the status of all projects and outcomes and provide ongoing communication to Member Marketing Consulting and other relevant stakeholders such as Members as needed. Marketing Manager will be responsible for budget management for their marketing projects.

REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates will possess strong project management skills, knowledge of the payment industry, have a broad based marketing background including direct marketing and proven experience developing innovative strategies and plans to help businesses grow, and will be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Interpersonal relationship skills and proven customer service attributes are keys to success. Must be a strong communicator who can effectively work in cross functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years marketing experience at either an agency or client organization or both; financial services marketing preferred; well organized; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to think strategically and handle multiple projects simultaneously; experience with creation of direct mail, collateral and sales promotion programs is essential. Computer experience in all Microsoft software applications.
