The Marketing Manager II is responsible for the successful lifecycle management of segment marketing campaigns in the EMBARQ Business Markets organization. The manager will be responsible for working closely with internal professionals in marketing, sales, service, product, pricing, and marketing communications, as well as external vendors. The successful candidate will own end-to-end campagin lifecycle management by managing the overall campaign timeline, communicating program status to all organizational stakeholders, manage issue resolution, ensure the appropriate tools, processes and procedures are in place and manage all program documentation.



This is a highly-visible position and you must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


Required:
1. College degree and/or relevant experience totaling 5 years experience.
2. Strong program/matrix management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
3. Independent thinker with proven cross-functional planning, analytical and decision-making skills.

4. Must have the ability to interface effectively with diverse Business Units and vendors to gain appropriate approval/feedback, and assist in development of project justification and tracking.
5. Must be able to adapt easily and effectively operate in a fast moving, dynamic environment.

6. Strong project management skills and ability to matrix manage a heavy work load.



Preferred:
6. Knowledge of EMBARQ products, systems, processes.;

7. Professional project or program management experience
8. Telecommunications industry experience.
