Location: Nashville, TN Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 + Bonus Are you a high-impact player who has deployed Six Sigma within Sales and Marketing functions as a functioning Master Black Belt? Interested in a newly-created high profile role in a great environment with excellent benefits? By joining this team, you will have the opportunity to:* Work closely with leadership to align projects with business goals and coach Black Belts across the corporation. * Report to the Director of Continuous Improvement with full budget responsibility for the Lean Sigma program in your division * Have the ear of senior/executive management as you coach and educate them in the institutionalization of Lean Six Sigma culture * Maintain and prioritize the portfolio of potential projects across the division Top candidates for this opportunity will have: * At least 3 years experience as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt coaching, mentoring, and training other Black Belts - must be Certified at Black Belt level at minimum* Management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Transactional Six Sigma experience in Sales and Marketing* Prior budget responsibility * A strong record of hands-on success deploying Six Sigma across multiple sites * Willingness to travel up to 50% If this sounds like the career opportunity you've been looking for, submit your resume to Misty Hullinger for consideration today!
