OUR CLIENT, A WORLD LEADER IN THE DEVELOPMENT, MANUFACTURE & COMMERCIALIZATION OF MIDDLE EAR IMPLANT DEVICES THAT COMPENSATE FOR AUDITORY DEFICITS IN INDIVIDUALS WITH HEARING IMPAIRMENT SEEKS A DYNAMIC MARKETING MANAGER TO SUCCESSFULLY LEAD ITS INTERNATIONAL & STATESIDE MARKETING STRATEGY.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE’S PROFILE WILL OFFER A BUSINESS BACKGROUND COMBINED WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE AUDIOLOGY OR HEARING AID INDUSTRY IN ORDER TO SUPPORT PRODUCT INTRODUCTIONS IN SEVERAL INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS & EVENTUALLY IN THE U.S.

HIGHLY VISIBLE POSITION INTERACTING WITH UPPER MANAGEMENT, OFFERING EXCELLENT COMPENSATION PACKAGE, INCLUDING BASE (DOE), BONUS PROGRAM AND BENEFITS.

Responsibilities

-Management of the launch of a fully implantable hearing aid in international locations.

-Design programs to support the purchase of the implant by hospitals and clinics in the international locations.

-Design training programs for audiologists and surgeons for application in international locations.

-Provide input to the R&D Department for the creation of new product features, which adapt to the needs of implanted patients.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of professional experience in Hearing Aid Marketing and Product Management.

-BA/BS in Audiology/ Business Administration.

-Proven knowledge of the European business environment.

-Proven knowledge of Audiological issues.

-European language fluency, in addition to English, a strong plus

-Demonstrated team orientation, excellent interpersonal skills.

-Must be willing to travel up to 35% of the time.
