The Loyalty Marketing Manager for Cancer Treatment Center of America's Midwestern Regional Medical Center in Zion, IL, plays a vital role in the company's continued rapid growth. Cancer Treatment Center of America (CTCA) is a growing national network of cancer treatment hospitals located in Chicago, Philadelphia and Tulsa, with an outpatient clinic in Seattle. We are the home of integrative and compassionate cancer care and one of the few fully evolved providers of patient-focused care in the country. Through our Patient Empowerment MedicineSM model, we specialize in treating late-stage cancer patients using the most advanced medical treatments combined with scientifically proven complementary and alternative medicine (CAM).



At CTCA, we fully integrate this whole person care approach under one roof, providing the most comprehensive treatments to help our patients with their cancer battles by caring for the body, mind and spirit. We do so with the highest quality and service standards. The Loyalty Marketing Manager is responsible for driving patient commitment and allegiance to CTCA beginning with the patient's first treatment day and extending well beyond a patient's active treatment. This Manager is accountable for delivering service offering that build the CTCA patient loyalty lifecycle and drive strong patient involvement. The Loyalty Marketing Manager creates and delivers innovative programming that captures interest, provides value, and delivers commitment from CTCA's patient base.



This Manager is accountable for driving and leading CTCA's proprietary Cancer Fighter Program, and building this program to world- class standards. The Loyalty Marketing Manager will collaborate with CTCA patients to understand their needs during and after treatment, and design programming accordingly. This Manager will communicate consistently with patients and motivate their program involvement on an ongoing basis.

Approximatly 20% travel required.



Function within CTCA:



The Loyalty Marketing Manager works closely with CTCA patients, marketing teams, clinical teams, and operations teams to develop and execute strategies and tactics that deliver patient loyalty and commitment. The Relationship Manager reports to the VP, Marketing and works closely with the entire regional marketing team.



Minimum Qualifications:Baccalaureate Degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience Ability to manage projects across multiple departments that do not directly report to you Minimum 5 years experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in a direct-to-consumer marketing environment Ability to write and speak powerfully in an active voice Basic understanding of databases and business rule design Must possess strong analytical skills Strong sales orientation desired
