Licensed Sales Associate

If you would like to be part of a growing busy Allstate agency, this maybe the spot for you. As a part of our team you would be responsible for provided extraordinary customer service to a large book of business as well as prepare proposals for potential customers. Converting these propects to customers is another rewarding part of this position.

Positions available in Tampa as well as Wesley Chapel.

You may also be asked to participate in several marketing programs to help grow the agency.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
1. experience in the insurance field
2. have a 440 or 220 license or be able to acquire the license quickly.
3. customer services oriented
4. be able to do several tasks at once
5. show that you are comfortable on the phone.
6. empathize and help customers that are upset and need help
7. organizational skills
