Lead Generation Representative

The Lead Generation Representative is a key role in the sales process and directly contributes to the company’s growth. The Rep will field incoming calls and emails, qualify leads, and develop opportunities in the lead database. He/she will be responsible for a quota of outbound calls and emails and will develop opportunities from several lead generation campaigns, target lists, and marketing efforts. This is a highly visible role within the company that relates to colleagues within the Sales and Marketing departments.

Responsibilities

•Qualify inbound leads
•Meet a quota of outbound calls/emails
•Manage and track leads in the lead database through salesforce.com
•Work closely with sales to transfer qualified opportunities
•Help drive lead generation campaigns
•Track and report lead metrics
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements

•Smart, creative, and assertive individual who can work well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
•2+ yrs Lead Generation/Sales Development, Marketing or Sales experience
•2+ yrs working in a software related business
•Undergraduate degree; an engineering background is a plus
•Moderate to Expert knowledge in salesforce.com or equivalent
•Excellent verbal communication skills
•Strong work ethic. The ability to get things done in an emerging, high-growth Company.
