Junior Production Control

Description:
Entry Level position assisting Plant Manager to maintain and plan daily schedule for all manufacturing work center or cells. Able to recommend changes in capacity necessary to support the manufacturing plant including all aspects of production.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Plant Manager with following responsibilities:
-Purchase raw material and production related material
-Control the flow of material as it relates to WIP and inventory level.
-Responsible for the disposition of obsolete inventory.
-Make adjustments to manufacturing schedule to meet changing production requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Past experience in scheduling in a manufacturing work center.
Computer experience i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel or other scheduling programs.
