Summarize voice-mails for the benefit of sales and trading.
Maintain Bigdough database, logging sales, trading activity and stock holdings.
Schedule trips with analysts and management, make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
Answer inbound telephone calls to obtain account information, email addresses and phone numbers.
Other projects assigned by management.QualificationsBachelor's degree or comparable industry experience required.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
Detail orientation and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced team environment.
Committed to satisfying internal and external customers.
Strong communication, organization and administration skills.
