For the Internet Marketing Specialist, we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of one year of experience with Internet marketing. Efforts will be focused on managing and increasing the performance of multiple web sites and online marketing initiatives through usability and increasing traffic.

Responsibilities include:

•Assisting with optimization of new and existing web sites for usability, visitor retention and search engines
•Managing and publishing search engine friendly content
•Monitoring traffic, sales and other web site KPIs
•Assisting with web site performance reporting
•Supporting promotional schedules and coordinating fulfillment flow with vendors

REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate is:

•A college graduate, preferably with a degree in marketing or advertising
•Experienced with a minimum of one year of Internet marketing experience
•Familiar with calculating web site metrics and how to apply metrics to forecast performance
•Knowledgeable of search engine optimization SEO
•Experienced in SEM with Google Adwords and or/Yahoo Search
•Experienced with web analytics software
•Knowledgeable of HTML
