The U.S. Communications team within Deloitte Services LP has an opening for an internal communications professional focusing on National Field Operations programs and initiatives having
both strategic and tactical responsibilities. The key performance objective of this position is the ability to simultaneously manage and coordinate a number of complex internal communications initiatives within stringent timelines. These initiatives support the overall key strategies and objectives of Field Operations.
This person will report to the Internal Communications Leader for Field Operations.
This position will be based in San Francisco.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Field Operations Internal Communications Leader and key Field Operations initiative leaders on communications initiatives developing and implementing internal communications strategies and tactical approaches, including writing specific communications that support existing service satisfaction and service culture programs
- Primarily focused on planning, developing, and implementing internal communications strategies, tactics, and metrics for a number of key initiatives

Advising on internal communications strategies and tactics' best practices - Minimum of 5-8 years relevant communications experience
- Professional services industry experience desired
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, English or Business with expertise in communications practices desired
- Extensive experience in corporate internal communications
- Requires minimal supervision, strong independent thinker
- Superlative project management and organizational skills
- Works well under pressure and can effectively and professionally handle tough issues
- Thorough understanding and expertise in product design for all forms of internal communications media - digital, magnetic, non-electronic and human media
- Expertise in measuring the effectiveness of different internal communications strategies and approaches
- Knowledgeable in communications software needed to perform the function: all aspects of Microsoft Office and ancillary
tools, working knowledge of Web-based communication tools, etc.
