• Support all Sales Representatives
• Maintenance of cost rate sheets for all contracts/accounts.
• Ensure Tariff maintenance, filing of rates, updating and distribution of new rate sheets to appropriate personnel timely.
• Follow up timely on all sales leads.
• Booking of FCL and other shipments worldwide.
• Develop new markets.
• Develop relationships with various intermodal companies
• Provide supervision/support to Inside Sales Associate/s.
• Various other assignments as required to ensure the smooth functioning of the Department.Requirements:
• A 2 – 4 year College/University Degree or equivalent education
• Minimum 2 years experience in the shipping industry
• Must have significant amount of pricing/tariff/FMC knowledge
• Must be established in the Southeast Region
• Direct supervisory experience an asset
• Exceptionally strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong computer knowledge
