Inside Sales Manager

Can you mange an inside sales team to hit the day to day activity goals required to achieve long-term revenue objectives? Can you maintain the energy level to constantly identify new business opportunities for the top of the funnel while you also closing the opportunities at the bottom? We are PlanetJam Media Group, the media industry’s leading supplier of database driven promotions for radio and T.V.

In this exciting position, you will lead an inside team of 5 in helping our radio clients sell database promotions to their advertisers. Best of all, you will be selling services to radio clients that are already under contract with our company.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will have the following credentials:

-College Degree
-5+ years sales management experience
-Success working in a sales environment that requires discipline in terms of prospecting, follow-up, and closing
-Highly computer, internet, and software literate including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Extremely detail oriented
-Strong communication skills on the phone or in person
-Experience using on-line CRM platform like Salesforce.com
-Success managing hourly staff to achieve daily activity quotas including calls made, new opportunities identified, deals closed, contacts made, and to assure quality control.
-Success in telemarketing and or advertising sales
-Special consideration given to anyone with all the above, plus radio experience
