Information Management Marketing Analyst


To assist the Information Management Marketing team, providing assistance in the creation and delivery of the IM Marketing messages and collateral. This role is expected to be a significant contribution to the marketing activities (both internal and external) of the Information Management Portfolio.

Principal Responsibilities:
Operational:
• Assist marketing management group in the creation and delivery of marketing messages and collateral.
• Manage and maintain the internal marketing intranet (HUB) pages, blogs, message boards, and other internal communication tools. Assist in the management of the external marketing content.
• Collect, coordinate and maintain IM content & resources for conferences, and events (both internal and external).
• Create, manage and communicate IM Marketing surveys.
• Using the available SIS tools (CRM, OFS Reporter), track marketing opportunities and competitive landscape, & report to marketing management.
• Manage, collect, or facilitate market research

Administration:
• Market analysis report to marketing management
• Expense reporting
• Ensure team compliance to QHSE.

Job Specifications:

Education:
• University level degree.

Experience:
• 2+ years in the fields of oil & gas, Information management, software development, or marketing.
