Imaging Solutions Commercial Marketing Manager
Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: MarketingResponsibilities: As the Commercial Marketing Manager for the Imaging Solutions Business, you will assist in developing strategy and business plans in the marketing organization while leading & managing a team of downstream (Commercial) marketing individuals focusing on the growth of current installed base and development of future products.
Manage the marketing segment for the Imaging Solutions Business to increase revenue.
Focus on strategic pricing, managing contribution margins, orders and sales.
Build, maintain, and employ a marketing data infrastructure in support of US market analysis & competitive landscape overview*Proactively identify and communicate market trends, competitor activities, market sizing information, and new product technologies*Coordinate with product development teams for future product releases and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
Provide field sales and customer support.
Develop with Marcom, sales tools, including brochures, marketing campaigns and other material in conjunction with the marketing communications team to the segment.
Responsible for the creation and implementation of promotions; gather and distribute competitive information to the sales organization with clear competitive strategies
Develop specific market expansion strategies, including clinical show site strategies and ongoing work with luminary customers in order to produce clinical studies, white papers, and presentations. *Maintain strong interaction with the upstream team and engineering team to provide clinical and technical input on the new product definition and requirements.
Track and report proprietary & multi-source product sales performance on a continuous basis. Further integrate and analyze product sales data with the data from marketing research initiatives to explain product performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years of commercial sales/marketing/operations experience or Minimum five (5) years of experience in within commercial Imaging Solutions & or Diagnostic Imaging marketing
Willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
Willingness to take a drug test
Must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesDesired: * Previous experience in selling or marketing capital equipment goods
Clinical experience
Ability to conceptualize, organize and manage projects
