Iberoamérica Marketing Communications Coordinator

BASIC PURPOSE:
Effectively communicate and coordinate marketing objectives to the Iberoamérican Region. Must be proficient in English and Spanish and will be required to liaise between the different Organizations to achieve market development objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates and provides timely updates on marketing activities.
Responsible for Arranging and scheduling of surgeon and guest speaker engagement.
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Organizing, processing and tracking of marketing collateral translations.
Facilitate clinical rotations for visiting surgeons.
Update Spanish and Portuguese web page content

REQUIREMENTS
Education and Training:
High school and additional education or training on effective communications technology and practices.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Detailed knowledge of communication designs, issues and effectiveness. Understand effectiveness of communicating approaches, methods, etc.

Type Equipment Used:
PC and all communication systems used in the organization.

Work Experience:
3 years involvement in design, development and maintenance of marketing communications.
