IT Staffing Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a true 'hunter' to fill the position Account Executive within our organization with a focus in staff augmentation and contracting. This position will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, qualifying opportunities and requirements and successfully driving these new business opportunities through the entire sales cycle.

Position will have a base salary plus commission.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
•3-5 years proven professional services sales experience. IT staffing experience is a PLUS.
•Proven history of selling staffing or other contracting services to hiring managers, C-level executives, or other decision makers.
•Experience negotiating and closing deals.
•Verifiable history of achieving quotas.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•A history of being the top achiever in school (graduated top in class) and work (consistently ranked at the top of the sales organization.)
•Proven self-starter capable of hitting the ground running.
•Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
•Prospect new accounts and new IT positions through networking, corporate lead generation activities and personal hard work.
-Drive IT leads successfully through the entire sales cycle.
•Assist corporate marketing and lead generation activities as appropriate.
