If you have extensive Senior Mgmt level experience in the Hemophilia arena- particularly within Managed Care and State Employee Plans- then we need to speak with you!

We would like to speak with you if you have the following background:

•Strong knowledge of PBM or health care industry preferred
•At least 5 years of experience in a related field with demonstrated sales results at the senior most levels
•Proven track record selling multi million dollar multi year intangible services
•Ability to manage a long-selling process (12-18months) and to navigate large and complex organizations
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area. MBA preferred.
•Exceptional verbal, written communication, PC and presentation skills required
•Willingness and ability to travel about 50% of the time

DIRECTOR- CLINICAL LIASION
This exciting position will interface with clinical operations and sales team to support established managed care relationships nationally to support our expanding operations and growing sales organization. If Managed Care is your middle name- this is the job for you!!

•Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy; Doctor of Pharmacy and advanced degrees or pharmacy residency preferred
•Extensive HMO, PBM and Employer group experience
•5-10 years general pharmacy experience (2+ managed care and 4+ years PBM or Mail Order),
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must have proven leadership skills, team-orientation, and a proactive and optimistic management style, strong commitment to client service and business division goals, and interest in developing/mentoring people while achieving results.
•Must have excellent presentation and computer skills -Word, Excel, PowerPoint•
•Travel 30 %
