HOSPITAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATORS
Elmhurst, IL and Central, IL (Champaign, Decatur or Danville area)

We are currently seeking an experienced Hospital Development Coordinator who possesses the ability to function with a high degree of autonomy in a self-directed manner to partner with key hospital personnel in a collaborative effort to plan, design and implement various programs related to organ and tissue donation. This individual will identify leaders within the hospital who can influence and affect change while seeking creative solutions to issues that impede the organ donor process. You will utilize your excellent communication and presentation skills to develop and provide in-house training and educational programs on all aspects of the donation process for hospital staff.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital or medical setting and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree and one to three years related experience is required; emphasis in customer service, marketing or sales preferred. Clincal experience a plus. Travel by personal automobile to assignments, the ability to take calls and work outside normal business hours is required.
