Group Home Manager / Certified Behavior Analyst

Outstanding opportunity for Certified Associate Behavior Analyst ( CABA ) to manage Orlando group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Provide assistance and supervision to staff and clients.
Assess behaviors and develop behavior programs.
Evaluate client's progress and recommend behavior program change.
Ensure fiscal management of group home.
Provide staff and client training in group management procedures, community outings, staff advocacy and client rights.
REQUIREMENTS
- Certifies Associate Behavior Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in human service area
- Experience working with people who are developmentally disabled preferred
- Valid Florida drivers license and good driving record
