Graphics Designer (online marketing)

ditech.com offers the consumer a variety of products, including first mortgages, fixed rate second mortgages, variable equity lines of credit and no closing cost option equity seconds. The online capabilities allow the customer to communicate with knowledgeable loan agents from home, work or on the road.

ditech currently has a need for Online Marketing Graphics Designer to work in conjunction with marketing, ebusiness and senior management during various marketing planning meetings. The successful applicant will design, plan, implement and inventory all creative content for various online and offline marketing initiatives. Ideal applicants will have at least 2 years full time working experience in graphic design, the ability to multitask several time-sensitive projects, and possess excellent communicative skills.

The duties will include, but not limited to:

· Prepare various campaign/layouts, graphics, content and creative aspects of various marketing projects including:

- ditech.com and intranet web site

- Marketing collateral for online, direct mail, billboard, etc.

- Monthly and Quarterly printed newsletter

- Promotional advertisements including newspaper and yellow pages

· Involvement in the design, planning, implementation and inventory of promotional assets for subsequent review and reuse.

· Obtain necessary legal and business signoff.

· Involvement in the planning and implementation of customer workshops, seminars and artist clinics.

· Involvement in multi-variant testing of creative concepts, etc.

Qualifications

· Proven creative ability and strong technical knowledge of the following software applications:

- Photoshop

- Flash

- Illustrator

- Dreamweaver

- Frontpage

- Quarkxpress

- Acrobat

- Microsoft Office Applications

- HTML, ASP and other web design tools
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 2 years in a graphic design program from an accredited college/university, relevant design experience, or RGD

· Solid creative portfolio containing online and print collateral

· 2-4 years in a marketing/graphic design role

· Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

· Willingness to work overtime where required

· Outstanding attention to detail

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work in a team and independently

· Strong knowledge of digital and print and pre-press processes

· Ability to apply innovative approaches to problem solving and improving processes
