Develop and produce innovative, brand-compliant design and artwork for such collateral as brochures, mailers, sell sheets, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, web content and other materials as determined by the Marketing Communications Manager.

Meet with supervisor, clients and project managers for kickoff meetings to gather information and requirements for assigned projects.

Adhere to and ensure technical requirements and brand specifications are met. Additionally, ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.

Manage a variety of design initiatives as determined by supervisor and/or project requestor, and maintain an updated log of tasks. Work with functional teams such as Sales, Marketing and HR to provide creative concepts and ideas for projects.

Take an active role in understanding the business, the brand and our marketing objectives.

Perform other duties (e.g., web design and support) as assigned by supervisor.

Maintain production schedules and process invoices

Update and maintain electronic file archives; also work with eGallery administrator in updating eGallery site.

Work with printing vendor(s) on pre-press and other production requirements

Requirements
BFA: Illustration, Graphic Design or Computer Graphics

Minimum 5 yrs design experience in print/online media.

Excellent skills in typography, layout, color theory & corporate branding.

Working knowledge of graphics software programs for Mac & PC incl Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, InDesign & MS Word/PowerPoint. HTML/Dreamweaver a +.

Experience with small/large-scale projects.

Knowledge of branding discipline & requirements.

In-depth knowledge of production process.
