REQUIREMENTS


--Overview--• Process and detail-oriented professional to work on database management, business analyst, usability, marketing, e-commerce and communication projects.


--Duties--• Create and document procedures and guidelines.
• Train global staff in proper use of Channel Database, web partner tools and usability decreasing the costs of Web site development.

--Skills--• Resourceful, quick learner with excellent technical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – able to lead “virtual” teams
• Must have proven database management experience
• Must be Self-starter and strong sense of accountability
• Authoring application experience a huge plus
• Knowledge of channel sales and marketing operations
• Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Flexibility, decision making and organizational skills
• Project Management skills
• Demonstrated experience leading and working with cross-functional teams

--Experience--• 5 Years + experience
• Working with cross-functional teams
• Respond to and troubleshoot Juniper Online Partner Help questions.
• Document processes on troubleshooting partner issues
• Web writing for online information
• Authoring Application experience needed, such as Microsoft Help

--Education--• BA/BS in Computer Science or Marketing
