Global Corporate Brand Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in branding a corporations name and identity on a global basis.

The selected candidate(s) will be responsible for developing brand equity consumer values and belief plans supporting business and brand strategies as well as brand communication by defining, developing and directing/executing consumer communication plans following brand direction as related to advertising, public relations, and web/internet.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Managing the relationship and serve as liaison between external agencies and the internal business units including day to day dialogue and problem solving;
Managing the overall workflow by assigning, prioritizing, and directing projects as needed;
Reprioritizing initiatives with Brand and Consumer Marketing management on an on-going basis;
Ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets and managing the budget while making recommendations to drive efficiencies.

The candidate will work with marketing, sales and other project initiators to manage communication and prioritize work; Provide weekly reports of progress vs. commitments, workload vs. capacity and make recommendations for resolution and participate in the monthly review process of expenditures.
REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA in Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
Must have a minimum of 5-7 years direct experience in defining and developing brand strategies and brand value along with brand messaging and brand extendibility and brand research.
Must have experience managing agency relationships.
Must have direct experience in the development of packaging, merchandising and co-marketing promotions and the development of national advertising campaigns, PR management and marketing promotions.
Must have excellent organization, computer and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Must be resourceful, an independent thinker and a team player.
