Franchise Sales Marketing Coordinator

Brooke Coorporation has an opening for a Franchise Sales Marketing Position in its National office located in Overland Park, KS.

Synopsis of Employee Role: Employee to support marketing activities for all company specialty departments including all aspects of marketing communications and overall company branding. Extensive marketing research, campaign development and experimentation, with emphasis on targeted areas as designated. Initiate new marketing campaigns; generate reports, results analysis and various research projects. Overall objective is to establish research methods and develop marketing campaigns resulting in lead generation for all specialty departments.

Essential job functions (core functions of position that must be performed):
•Regular contact with ABC, Franchise Sales and other teams.
•Working within a team setting at all times
•Assist with all marketing activities for sales teams. Contribute new marketing ideas, messages and plans resulting in new campaigns. Perform research, complete new campaign write-ups, monitor and track all campaign results.
•Measure marketing results, prepare reports and complete detailed analysis (surveys) of all marketing activities to aid in determining future planning. Overall results analysis.
•Research, develop and establish marketing plan to incorporate various referral relationships to benefit sales teams.
•Establish prospective marketing alliances and determine plan of action accordingly (mutual agreements).
•Research media outlets and other avenues for marketing efforts on a national, regional and state level.
•Regular contact with trade magazine representatives, industry associations, networking groups and miscellaneous vendors.
•Perform in-depth research on lead generation methods for all company specialties
•Seek out and experiment with various marketing outlets
•Create new marketing plans, campaigns and marketing messages.
•Work with BMS/Prospect System; inputting and updating prospect information as needed. Report processing and distribution.
•Process vendor payments.
•Permanent File/Original document tracking within Brooke Management System.
•Participate in monthly planning process for special marketing team.
•Research and gather local demographic statistics as needed by location.
•Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

Education / Experience / Licensure:

Marketing Communications/Advertising Experience Preferred
Drivers License Required
Microsoft Office Products Experience
High School Diploma Required
