Position Details: We are looking for an excellent Field Sales Manager who can grow a business selling ResponseLink services to medical referral sources (i.e.: doctors, home health, hospitals). No medical background is required.
Field Sales Manager Candidates should be able to manage salespeople, and the sales process, while effectively managing the operational aspects of the office. Managers should be detail-oriented and driven to grow a business. Those who can prioritize and make smart decisions in a multi-tasked environment will be most successful.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have prior managerial experience in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. Experience in a service industry (i.e.: restaurants, rental services, staffing agencies, field sales) with full P&L experience is preferable, but certainly not required. Candidates should also possess strong leadership, managerial and motivational skills, with a preference given to those who have shown the ability to build and guide a sales team.
