Demonstrating impressive expertise performing hotel industry feasibility studies and appraisals, this Feasibility & Market Analysis Manager will:

• Conduct in-depth research and market analysis

• Write valuation and consulting reports

• Perform research to determine appropriate target markets for Cambria Suites and other Choice brands

• Visit sites and perform desktop as well as field-based market analysis studies

• Maintain and assist in target market database development

• Assist sales teams in developing effective market plans

• Manage projects and oversee the work of others
REQUIREMENTS
Providing the analytical and financial expertise to execute our strategic plan will require a minimum of 3 years experience conducting hotel valuations and feasibility studies as well as a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred). Impressive strategic thinking, planning and excellent verbal and written communications skills are vital in addition to proficiency with MS Word, Excel and internet research. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task and supervise others gained from a minimum 5+ years progressive business, management and/or hotel industry experience. Travel is required.
