Executive Administration

Must be highly organized, detail oriented and creative; must have management and staff supervisory experience.

Position will primarily be working directly with our Sales organization on marketing initiatives to increase revenue, as well as supporting departments.

Ability for direct interaction with all staff members companywide is expected, communicating on all levels.

Skills required:
Technical writing
Copy writing
Most web languages
Graphic and web software
Wide array of research capabilities

Duties include:
Presentation and Event planning, execution
Assisting with preparation of company announcements and reports
Creation of promotional items and literature
Vendor resource identification and negotiation
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Will have excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
3-5 years relevant experience in a corporate environment.
