Entry-Level Communications & Relationships Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

Establishes, maintains, and enhances relationships with existing customers to solidify business relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and increase current revenue streams. Objectives will be fulfilled by creatively combining communication, marketing, sales, and account representative skills.

This is an entry-level position for which a high degree of training and direction will be given initially; however, incumbent will be encouraged to take advantage of and generate his/her own learning opportunities in effort to progress quickly.

This is an ideal position for an entry-level marketing or communications graduate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Reaches out to and creates positive reports with existing customers and acquires knowledge of customers’ products and/or services to establish and develop solid, lucrative relationships
• Has comprehensive knowledge about Trustcommerce products and services and the industry, and uses that knowledge to market, communicate, and upsell Trustcommerce products and services
• Acts as representative of customers to ensure their needs are being met and addressed effectively and efficiently
• Works and communicates with all departments to discover new ways in which to market Trustcommerce products and services, then develops strategies for and leads those initiatives
• Creates and manages marketing initiatives, including case studies, tradeshows, customer surveys, events, and testimonials, and website and periodical content
• Documents all processes to achieve standardization
REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of basic marketing and communication concepts
• Impeccable communication skills necessary, both verbal and written
• Highly creative
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt easily
• Able to maintain high energy level and create comfortable report with clients, partners, and vendors
• Computer and internet literate

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• No supervisory responsibilities

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Occasional travel required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related preferred; highly motivated individual with equivalent experienced considered
