These openings are essential to the success of our company, as they are the future leaders of JT ADVERTISING, INC.. We offer a comprehensive training program, where qualified individuals will be trained in the following areas:
Finance Marketing Sales/ Promotions Business Development Team & Market Development Account Coordination Administrative/ Human ResourcesAs a Manager Trainee, the right candidates will learn all of the ground level, day-to-day operations. They will then master the skills needed to effectively manage an office on a daily basis. These tasks include keeping track of profits and losses, training and development, account management and overseeing a portfolio of established clients. When training is complete, these new managers will run our branch offices.This is a fantastic opportunity for recent college graduates, or individuals looking for a career change.
