Director of Retail Marketing

This Winter Sports Market leader seeks a highly experienced Retail Marketing person to direct the Global efforts of the companies retail merchandising programs. Creating consistency, clarity, synergy, and energy to the merchandising presentation are the foci of this position. Strategically creating cost effective fixtures that have global utility incorporating all brands is also key. Additionally this position will have complete responsibility for all Tradeshow presence, Consumer events, and Sales meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of retail merchandising management experience. Must have experience in creating Branding platforms, producing Tradeshow and special events presentations, and know how to gain consensus for global P.O.S. programs. Need sharp financial skills in order to manage a large merchandising budget. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing.
