Description:

Responsible for managing the editorial development of effective training and educational content in accordance with style and instructional design guidelines to produce salable products. Manage teams in complex product development and product customization projects. Develop training products that are technically accurate and instructionally sound. Develop and maintain assigned Content Implementation and Delivery Competency.


Requirements:

Masters degree in Instructional Design or Education. A basic knowledge of Spanish is desirable.

Experience Requirements: Five years or more of designing, developing and writing educational and training materials is required. Experience in designing video and elearning training products is desirable. Five years or more of project management experience, including managing teams in complex product development projects is also required. Experience in foodservice operation (front and back of the house) is desirable. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Project.
Coursework in Adult Education, and Instructional Design required. Coursework in elearning and video training products, and a basic knowledge of Spanish are desirable. Must be self-motivated and able to balance multiple projects, and work under aggressive timelines. Must pay close attention to detail and have strong organizational skills. Creativity, communication skills (oral and written), flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills are a must.
