Director, Product Marketing

Develops marketing processes, programs and internal reports (e.g. corporate business plans, target market identification, customer relationship building and corporate branding). Develop overall strategy of function in conjunction with project management, portfolio selection, and customer marketing. Promotes product marketing programs, with
customer marketing personnel, and seeks approval from higher-level
managers. Ensures that marketing processes, programs and reports are
consistent with corporate objectives and image. Organizes and delegates implementation of program, process and report improvements or additions. Interfaces with higher-level managers in various functions
within the company to ensure that the management functions anticipate
and meet internal and external needs and are structured to produce
effective marketing strategies.
Leads the operations and activities of a major
functional area, recommending strategy. Requires
in-depth functional knowledge and thorough company knowledge. Will participate in corporate
strategy development through advocacy for programs and projects in their area. Requires crossfunctional communication and negotiation. Makes decisions and implements policies that affect areas of the company outside their own functional area.
May manage through subordinate managers.Qualifications
BS Pharmacy and 12 years of
professional, related experience, including at least 4 years of
management experience.
