We offer a broad range of mortgage products designed to meet the needs of all borrowers.We have an immediate Director of Online Marketing position available and currently seeking an assertive, results driven and talented candidate to join our Retail Marketing team at our corporate offices located in Irvine, CA.Qualified candidate should have previous experience (6 years minimum) in a direct to consumer marketing environment. This individual will be part of a dynamic marketing team and will direct and oversee the organization’s internet marketing objectives, procedures, and initiatives for Home123 Mortgage Retail division.Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Lead Purchasing:

Recruit, negotiate and approve all new lead vendors

Ensure lead goals are met within the Retail division through the purchase and acquisition of mortgage leads

Prepare monthly budgets and work within specified budget

Ensure Cost Per Funded Loan requirements are met

Consistently monitor the performance of all lead vendors to ensure quality leads are being delivered to the field

Ability to meet aggressive lead goals
Affiliate Marketing:

Oversee the affiliate marketing program in order to ensure its success

Ensure affiliate banners and text links align with the brand

Work with affiliates to increase leads

Ensure commission structure is competitive and within RESPA guidelines

Make certain new affiliates are being recruited

Manage and lead the affiliate marketing coordinator
Email Marketing:

Develop a custom trigger CRM-like Email Program

Develop email campaigns to deliver on the Email Platform

Track and review success of various campaign initiatives
Online Marketing:

Negotiate and purchase online space in order to drive traffic to the website and generate leads (or through agency)

Monitor the click-thru rates, click-to-application, cost per lead, and cost per funded loan on all internet generated leads

Continually seek out and develop new ways to drive Internet traffic and revenue

Continually analyze and report on all aspects of performance to VP of Marketing
Website Management:

Work to ensure the appropriate content and functionality are available on the website in order to optimize the customer experience

Establish and monitor performance metrics to identify relevant trends and translate into actionable improvements
Organic Search Enging Optimization:

Utilize in-house or agency experts to continually optimize site for search engine for lead generation by:
