In addition the candidate is responsible for the overall strategic, marketing and sales activities of the division, for process development and for training and employee development. In this function the candidate currently oversees a team of three product managers and an inside sales staff of five. In addition the team concists of a controller, 1 marketing specialist, 2 logistics administrators and 2 image management (IM) product specialists (PSEs) as part of his extended team. Required Competencies (Knowledge, Experience, and Capabilities)Key to the candidate’s success will be his leadership skills, business management skills, strategic thinking and implementation, networking skills, communication skills and excellent presentation skills. The position requires great creativity and out-of the box thinking.
