Design Manager

The Design Manager will supervise the Design Department staff, which includes truss designers, wall designers and administrative staff. The manager will coordinate the design schedule and work with the sales, production, purchasing and field services teams to provide the maximum quality and efficiency. The Design Manager will enhance and expand the Design Department to accommodate the growth and will be a key individual in the development of overall company processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Engineering Degree (Professional Engineer's License in the state of CA preferred)

Light gauge steel design experience in commercial or residential (minimum 5 yrs)
