Client Summary:

- Leading manufacturer of bath and kitchen products

Position Description:

- Develop and maintain an 18-month demand forecast;
- Continuous interaction with Sales, Marketing and New Product Development;
- Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues;
- Support initiatives like continuous improvement, SKU rationalization, inventory right sizing and SOIP;
- Track customer sales initiatives / promotions and advise management of major variances in future forecasts

Compensation Plan:

- Salary commensurate with experience

REQUIREMENTS
Background Required:

- 3-5 years forecasting, demand planning, production planning, or sales operations experience;
- Experience with hi-volume / hi-SKU count, retail / consumer goods supply chains;
- Demonstrated analytical skills;
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA a plus);
- Experience with SAP APO / BW a plus
- Process improvement training (i.e. Lean / 6-Sigma) a plus
