Job Description: Sunrise Senior Living, the nations leader in senior living for over two decades is developing two innovative, first of its kind, luxury independent ‘Condo for Life' project in Houston, Texas. This high-end equity based community will allow seniors to remain in their community, own their condos and receive all the hospitality features of a fine luxury hotel.This pioneering provider of senior living, Sunrise Senior Living, is seeking top notch, hands-on marketing savvy, compassionate, Director of Sales and Marketing for this ground breaking opportunity. Here's your chance to contribute to the successful completion of this multi-million dollar project from presales, to successful delivery of the luxury units. Once opened, the Director of Sales and Marketing will provide a high level of customer service to seniors and support the aging in place process.The Director of Sales and Marketing will be a key member setting the strategy and marketing direction. Must have strong sales, management and executive level talent with an entrepreneurial flair to direct the sales, marketing, and community outreach programs during the pre-sales, development phase and then assume responsibility for continued support of the community when the building phase is complete.Qualifications for Director of Sales and Marketing
A bachelor's degree with sales and marketing concentration.

Strong customer service skills and hospitality background.

Familiarity with the real estate development process, start-ups and opening new communities

Ability to provide strong sales leadership for pre-opening sales and marketing efforts

Proven track record in closing a sale

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with extensive experience with community outreach.
