DIRECTOR OF SALES
RF and Microwave Products
Responsible for all direct and indirect sales for this $60 million business owned by a multi-billion dollar U.S. company. Reports to the EVP/GM of the business and functionally responsible for sales growth and management of 10 direct regional sales personnel. Also manages and develops all manufacturer reps and distribution entities for the company. A highly "design-in" oriented role with strong strategic input into product development, acquisitions, and market strategy. Must be a "high potential" candidate capable of vertical career growth.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
B.S. or B.A. degree with a strong technical orientation.
Must have a background in RF, Microwave or Millimeter Wave products and 5+ years experience in Sales Management in the Defense or Aerospace market.
Strong leadership skills and proven capability of growing sales and building the capability of sales organizations.
