Director of Retail

This is a Managerial position requiring at least 7 yrs of executive level retail management and buying exp. The candidate we seek should possess a strong ability to facilitate change, leadership skills, confidant communication skills, and have a detailed understanding of retail operations and merchandise buying, product assortment planning, visual merchandising and retail marketing. Candidates will be responsible for developing and growing the retail business, setting and monitoring all financial goals, as well as, managing all store operations. General knowledge of healthcare is not req'd; however, will be beneficial. Candidate must also be willing to understand the clinical connection between healthcare products and the patient exp. A Bachelor’s Degree is req'd.
