Creative Manager

This position is responsible for creatives management for the credit card business. Major responsibilities for this position will include:
Creative strategy development and marketing plan development and implementation
Data analysis and development of data-based recommendations for future campaigns
Creative agency management
Leadership and development of Marketing Analysts and Assistant Managers
Coordination with other marketing teams such as the execution group to effectively implement new tests, new creatives and new programs
Other duties as assigned

job Requirements


-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred.

Formal training in marketing planning, market research, brand management, product development, testing, and analytics is required.

Demonstrated ability to effectively read and use large sets of data to effectively inform marketing initiatives is required.

Demonstrated strength in original thinking and creative problem solving is critical.

Experience effectively managing vendors and agencies is required.

Minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience required.

Previous supervisory experience also required, with demonstrated ability to truly lead and develop people.

2-3 years experience in financial services or consumer packaged goods industries is preferred. HSBC Compensation
