Because, when people need a hero, they need a hero fast.We are looking for a Graphic Designer/Traffic Coordinator to oversee the visual design and production of content through presentations, manuals, video, web courses, etc. Utilizing their creative talents to support the development of outstanding events and products for ARC!You can make a direct & immediate impact on our organization:By translating content objectives & design directives into finished product and directing the Content team in its overall visual production/presentation. Coordinating & managing compelling formats for distribution and editing (audio, video, web products) along with consistency in content branding & messaging. Knowing & keeping current on industry trends, new technologies, asset management, trademarks & licensing agreements. Streamlining all seminar & product development elements to be on time and within budget.
REQUIREMENTS
-BS degree in Communications, Design, or Editorial field.
-5 to 7 years experience in creative design utilizing Keynote, Powerpoint, Quark, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
-Knowledge of Print & Art Production processes.
-Efficient in MS Office applications, Macintosh systems, print production processes, and licensing/asset management procedures.
-Flash, video & audio editing a plus!
-Strong understanding of ARC technologies, programs and content.-Must be highly organized, work calmly under pressure, able to multi-task and prioritize.
-Must be an effective communicator with high initiative and demonstrated project management experience.
-Exercise frequent independent decision-making.
-Team-oriented, personable and ability to withstand pressure and constant changes.
-Must have high energy, assertiveness and strong work ethic.
-Strong planning & evaluation skills
